Zev's is a casual 28 seat restaurant located in the CBD of Toowoomba, the heart of dining in the Darling Downs.

To highlight local produce we offer a set menu [95p.p]

Our set menu explores a selection of nostalgic flavours, complex dishes and produce that we are excited by. We offer additional optional courses based on seasonal availability.

We do not offer an a-la-carte menu and can not cater for dietary requirements. 





Zev's boasts a well curated list of Australian & International wines

by the glass & bottle.


To accompany your set menu, we offer a 'wine splash' which is a selection of wines we are excited by each week [55p.p].


Our full wine program focuses on producers with personality and to showcase unique varieties and regions to complement your food.


Most of our represented wine makers use minimal intervention wine making practices with many being certified organic/bio dynamic or practicing organic/bio dynamic.


Zev's Bistro is fully licensed, no BYO.





Zev's offers the opportunity to host private lunch or dinner events for 6-28 guests, Sunday - Wednesday.

Booking Policy.

  • To highlight local produce Zev's offers a set menu [95p.p].

  • All guests are required to dine from this menu.

  • 1% transaction fee on all cards

  • We accept cash but can not offer change

  • No dietary requirements.

  • No BYO.

  • No cakes or decorations.

  • We do not offer a kids menu as the intimate space of our restaurant is not suitable for babies, young children, prams or high chairs.

  • Smart/Casual dress code applies.

  • If you or your guests are unwell, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your reservation by e-mailing to notify of your cancellation.  ​​

  • Guests who need to cancel outside of 12 hours there will be no charge, all other last minute cancellations or no-shows, your pre-authorised card will be charged automatically.​

  • Tables of 7+, Public Holiday's, Sunday Trade & Private Events attract a 10% service fee as gratuity.
